Role Purpose:

A Claims Assessor is pivotal in delivering top-tier service while navigating claims through their entire life cycle, encompassing registration, evaluation, and decision-making, even in complex and protracted cases. This role involves processing claims swiftly and efficiently, adhering to crucial SLAs, all while striving to exceed our customers' expectations and maintaining the highest service standards. 

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Claims Handling: Efficiently manage your caseload, expertly organize your workload by priority.
  • Customer Service: Prioritize customer-focused responses to telephone and email inquiries, always considering the customer experience and business needs.
  • Product Knowledge: Conduct thorough assessments of claims, underpinned by your deep medical knowledge, claims proficiency, and a holistic understanding of policy provisions.

 

What we are looking for:

  • Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal English language skills.
  • Customer Service: Prior experience in handling customers of various demographics to resolve their queries.
  • Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Demonstrate precision in processing claims, consistently maintaining the highest levels of accuracy, and promptly addressing any errors in claims records.
  • Time Management: Possess the energy and ability to pursue strategic actions to accomplish objectives.
